He really does know his stuff. It is this tattoo based knowledge that you simply won’t find at a clinic or a doctor. I’m having two sleeves and a chest piece removed. After a lot of research for local laser treatment, Jordan’s name came up time and time again, and for good reason. Firstly, what a gentleman. His professional manner (and brilliant sense of humour) puts you at ease, while his knowledge of his craft gave me the confidence I needed that his recommendations and realistic expectations would achieve the result I wanted. Lasering is not a quick fix – one of mine was almost gone within four sessions, the other is stubborn and has taken almost 18 months - but done properly, and taking the advice on aftercare, there's been very little pain and no scarring. It was Jordan’s years of experience and past reviews that made me decide; I’ve got large pieces that I want removed so these were more important to me than anything else. I travel quite far for my appointments and I’m now 4 sessions in; I’m very happy with progress. Jordan has always been a message away when I have a question but fortunately I haven’t needed to ask him much as the aftercare guidelines he’s given me have always been accurate. I had my patch test with Luke a few months back and he answered every question I had, and even answered ones I didn’t know I had. Unfortunately some degree of pain is unavoidable but Jordan puts his customers first and will work at a pace you’re comfortable with.   • "Jordan has great customer service and is very personable. Consultation was thorough, informative and all questions answered. Open and transparent with expected removal outcome and pricing. Patch test was done during consultation and aftercare instructions were provided afterwards, in advance of treatment. Clear and easy to follow. I had my first removals session today and can see a difference already. Obviously the procedure wasn't a tickle, yes it stung but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Jordan is willing to stop at any time if you need to, always checking you're ok, but if you're like me you'd rather just crack on with it. Sit back, relax, have a good old chat to distract you and it's over before you know it. I honestly can't fault the professional service Jordan provides and I'm glad I didn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend by me! Looking forward to seeing the progress of my removals and for my next session in September!"

  • "Just got back from a tattoo removal 1st session with Jordan and I can’t recommend enough! The tattoo shop is incredibly clean with very welcoming staff, but what really sets Jordan above others is how friendly and comfortable he makes you from the moment you step in. Once you’ve filled out a detailed form, he take you in to his removal room and really takes the time to explain everything you could possibly need to know, such as what it feels like, after care and general info. He’s makes it abundantly clear that if you need to stop for a minute then you can, and you really do feel that he takes an active interest in giving you the best experience and getting to know you as a client. The review doesn’t do Jordan justice - book in with him because you won’t regret it!"
